Seperti janjiku sebelumnya, kali ini aku akan posting tentang film-film dari Studio Ghibli. Perbincangan dengan beberapa kawanku yaitu, Dani, Dandi, dan Nisa, mengingatkan akan kekagumanku pada film-film yang ada di Studio Ghibli. Alasan aku suka film Studio Ghibli karena bentuk karakter manganya memang sederhana, tapi ilustrasinya bener- bener keren banget, penuh dengan imajinasi tingkat tinggi, dan yang paling menarik adalah selalu ada pelajaran berharga yang disampaikan oleh film-film tersebut yang akan menginspirasi dan memotivasi penontonnya di seluruh dunia.

Hayao Miyazaki

Studio Ghibli mulai menerbitkan filnya dari tahun 1980-an. Adapun film pertamanya berdasarkan Wikipedia adalah, Castle in The Sky pada tahun 1986. Salah satu direktur dari Studio Ghibli itu sendiri adalah Hayao Miyazaki. Hayao Miyazaki merupakan seorang direktur, animator, komikus, penulis skrip, dan produser dari beberapa karya di Studio Ghibli. Menurutku, beliau merupakan Walt Disney versi Asia, karena beberapa karyanya sukses memperoleh penghargaan baik di Jepang maupun Internasional.  Ini beberapa judul Studio Ghibli:

Beberapa film diantaranya  menggambarkan kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat jepang, seperti  whisper of the heart, grave fireflies, namun beberapa film yang settingnya Eropa, seperti, kiki delivery service,  Tales from Earthsea dan sisanya film fiksi/ imajinasi, Princess Mononoke, Ponyo, Castle in the Sky, dll.

Dari semua film tersebut ada empat film yang belum aku tonton, yaitu Only Yesterday, Porco Rosso, The Tale of Princess Kaguya, dan When Marnie was there. Lets download it , yeayyy!

Adapun film Studio Ghibli pertama yang aku tonton adalah Spirited Away, yaitu sekitar lima tahun yang lalu. Wah keren banget ceritanya! Terus beberapa bulan yang lalu kakakku, Reza,  mendownload beberapa film studio walaupun gak semuanya. Kita sering nonton bareng bahkan bersama neo, keponakanku, walalupun sebagian sih nonton sendiri.  Dan inilah beberapa film favoritku:

Whisper of the heart

Aku suka banget ma quote yang satu ini, saat Shizuku menanyakan opini kakek Seiji mengenai tulisan pertamanya. Quotesnya keren banget untuk pernulis:   

“Right. It's rough, unsubtle, and unfinished. Like Seiji's violins. You definitely showed me your freshly quarried stone. You did your  very best, didn't you. You're terrific. There's nothing to get upset over.  Please take your time and do a solid job polishing it.”

Film ini secara umum menyampaikan bahwa sebagai makhluk hidup kita harus menjaga alam, dan mematuhi hukum alam untuk kebaikan kita bersama.

Satu kata untuk film ini, speechless. Adapun inti dari fim ini menceritakan tentang perjuangan adik-kakak untuk bertahan hidup di masa perang dunia ke 2.

Aku suka banget pemeran pertama dari film ini. Dia punya karakteristik yang semangat, optimis, pekerja keras, dewasa, bertanggung jawab, Aah pokoknya bener-bener karakter calon istri yang perfect banget d :D

Mungkin, ini yang bisa aku share kali ini. Akhir kata, Film2 Studio Ghibli memang menginspirasi banget.  Thank to Mr. Hayao Miyazaki. Makin sering nontonnya, makin keren XD.  Jepang sudah bisa membuat film-film sekeren ini sejak tahun 1980an. Semoga suatu hari nanti Indonesia dapat membuat karya-karya sekeren ini ya!

Mari Kuasai Bahasa Asing :D

Whoaaa,,, pengen belajar bahasa asing lain selain bahasa inggris. Yah memang sih bahasa inggrisku masih jauh dari kata expert, tapi khan aku udah belajar bahasa inggris dari SD, T,T…

Aku kagum banget d pas liat anak-anak faba yang jago berbahasa asing dengan cara yang otodidak, gak cuma 1 atau 2 bahasa yang mereka kuasai, lho! Whoa keren banget!  Setelah ditelusuri dan ditelusuri dari berbagai pengamatan, wawancara, dan sharing2 ( gayanya wawancara, padahal sebenernya cuma ngobrol biasa kok, hihi).  Awal mereka belajar bahasa itu ada dua kemungkinannya.

Kemungkinan pertama, karena mereka cinta pada suatu negara dengan alasan tertentu misalnya pengen berkunjung ke salah satu tempat terkenal di negara itu, pengen nerusin sekolah, cinta akan kebudayaan dari negara tersbut.  So, mereka berusaha untuk mencari tahu dan belajar sendiri bahasa tersebut melalui film, lagu-lagu tertentu, dan lain2.

Kemungkinan kedua, karena terpaksa, mereka mau gak mau harus belajar suatu bahasa , karena kalo gak bisa, mereka gak akan survive tinggal di suatu negara tertentu, dan baca buku tertentu yang harus dikuasain tapi gak ada terjemahan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa inggrisnya, dan alasan lainnya.

Pada suatu hari, salah satu temen sharing tentang rahasia profesornya yang jago banget berbagai bahasa eropa, bahkan mandarin, yang berbeda rumpun denga bahasa eropa lainnya. Langkah awalnya  adalah dia  berusaha untuk menguasai salah satu bahasa eropa, yaitu German. Hal ini disebabkan karena dia kuliah di German dan kebetulan  jurusan yang dia pilih bukan kelas internasional, sehingga mau gak mau harus kuasai bahasa German.  Karena pada dasarnya bahasa eropa itu banyak yang serumpun, contohnya  Inggris, Belanda, Rusia, Prancis, German, Itali, Spanyol, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu, dengan menguasai satu bahasa eropa saja, selain Inggris tentunya, akan lebih mudah untuk belajar menguasai bahasa eropa lainnya

Yang uniknya ada beberapa temen yang tiba-tiba bisa jago berbahasa Itali karena membaca buku tertentu yang gak ada terjemahan bahasa Indo dan Inggrisnya,  alhasil dia sekarang jadi jago bahasa itali dan jadi tutor itali yang cukup diandalkan di komunitas faba. Sebagian lainnya bahkan ada yang belajar bahasa asing yang sedikit unik dan jarang ditemui seperti bahasa Rusia,  Esperanto dan  bahasa Hebrew, bahkan mereka belajar sendiri pulaaaaa( Wow, keren bingitsssss? Tapi aku kadang suka bertanya2 d, apa alasan dan motivasi mereka mempelajari bahasa yang unik itu ya? hmmmm hmmmm

Oia, satu lagi, aku masih penasaran lho dengan rahasia beberapa orang yang dengan mudahnya belajar bahasa yang hurufnya bukan huruf latin kayak bahasa arab, jepang, thailand, mandarin, india, dan lain-lain? Mungkin ada yang mau share?

Yah mungkin ini adalah salah satu rahasia mengapa banyak orang di dunia ini jago berbagai bahasa asing. Mungkin kalian punya saran atau rahasia lain yang belum diketahui oleh banyak orang? Ayo, Lets Share it!:)

The Power of Writing

Hello again J

It’s Saturday! And today I will tell you about my hobbies, How about you? Do you have any hobbies?

I have many hobbies, such as; running, reading, painting, listening to music, watching  youtube video, dreaming, and  writing. Yup, I love to discuss about hobbies and I think you will agree with me if we talk about our hobbies, it will be never ending stories , actually with someone who have the  same intereat with us.  So, What about u? 

Okay, may be its better if  I tell you about one of my hobby, writing. But, before I discuss some reasons why I like writing, I’ll tell you a little bit about the history of how i began to write :D

I love writing and I even write my journal since 7 year old. I began to write since my sister gave me a diary for my birthday! Wow, thank you so much sista. It means a lot J.

I still remember the cover of first my diary, They are two sides, front and back. There is a clock in both two sides with different time, morning in the front and night in the back. I also remember how excited I was when I wrote a story for the first time J. Unfortunately the diary has gone forever. I’ve been searching anywhere, but I never found it. I miss it like crazy, I can imagine how excited I am if I read every story which had written there J.

It was the only one diary till I graduated from elementary school. But don’t worry guys, even I never ever found it, The memory of my first diary always there in my heart. In fact, I own many diaries now J Yeah, I don’t know why but I think I can’t live without my diary. My diary is everything for me (haha, really? I don’t think so, but it’s really important stuff). Besides my own diary, I also shared diary with my friends and even mr. ex. Yeah,,, that’s something … hmm.

Okay, I’ll tell the story of my diaries in later post. So just wait n see, or you’ll regret it XDXD

So, that’s all the history of how I began to write and now I want to share my opinion or reasons why I love writing. Writing for me is a therapeutic journey like the power of magic spell, which heal the world, especially my world, my life, myself, and I

Yeah, I love it! 

Writing helps me to be an organize person. I’m kind of person who like to prepare everything before I do something important. I like to make a To – do list, and Future plan. Do all that things really help me to arrange my life better. I feel I can be a good planner, I know what I want in this life, and I try my best effort to accomplish them, and at the end  I always feel grateful of  every small stuff that I achieved in every day of my life.

Writing helps me to be a good problem solver. Sometimes, when I feel sad, I dunno what I really want because of many confusing situation that I experienced or many pressures in life, I just stay calm and write all down. Write randomly every thought in my mind, and finally I have an Idea and realize of what happened to me and discover the right explanation which describe my real condition, and finally I find the solution of my problem, Yeaaayy, I found the answer that I've been searching for and that’s awesome!!

Why it can be happen?? Because when you are writing you will experienced some emotional journeys, that’s called catharsis. Catharsis is the process of self expression when you release all the emotion that you keep inside, especially the negative one.  In our life, because of many activities that we have done, we haven’t enough time to express our self in right manner, so that makes you suddenly easy to get angry, sad, and many other negative emotions. May be you just ignore them and pretend that everything is okay, nothing’s wrong with you. Remember, your feeling is never lie, and you cannot pretend or even hide it. May be you try to hide for a while, but not forever since we will never know that someday it will be exploded and messed up everything. So, that’s why making time to write helps you to communicate yourself. When we are writing, we connect to our self from our deepest mind, body, and soul in subconscious level which encourages your authentic self to show up.

Writing helps me to improve my creativity skill. Sometimes, while I'm writing, I often discover some ideas and inspiration intuitively from anything surround me through the expected chance and unexpected chance. So, lets  explore our Imagination and go out of the boundaries!! That’s Amazing!

Think about an extraordinary thing that the other cannot do!

Moreover, the most advantage of writing is if you able to make writing not only as your hobby, but also as profession. The are many people in the history of world who can get an unlimited abundance (not only the countable thing such as money and popularity, but also the uncountable thing such as; the life’s value and satisfaction)  by  writing.  My favorite writer is JK Rowling, Andrea Hirata, Lian Hearn, Erbe Sentanu, etc. These amazing people, who write from their heart and give a meaningful message through their writing,  has succeed in giving inspiration, motivation, and changes the other people’s life in better way.

At the end, the last and the most important things that you need to know is writing  can do by anyone, no matter their age and occupation. You don’t need to have any skill or talent and even special equipment since the main things that you must have is just small amount of space and strong desire to change our life, more fulfilled life. Although, some of us have may be have an opinion that, I can’t write, my writing just so bad! Hey, don’t you remember, many great writers on the earth began their first writing from the first draft!

So, you just need practice more and more to improve your writing skill J

Okay, may be That’s explain all! In conclusion Writing has give a lot of advantages to my life to be an organize and problem solver person, and improve our creative skill. May be yours  too! So, what are you waiting for? Let’s begin to write, and change our life!

Hirotada Ototake; No Limbs, No Limit!!!

There are many people in the human history of the world who can success through failure, For example, Hirotada Ototake, the one who knows the secret of finding the opportunity within crisis, the man who always try to smile even his life filled with difficulties and hardship. He is already give inspiration and motivation to many people all over the globe. I’m also so inspired by him.

Hirotada Ototake, the author of No One’s Perfect, which was an amazing best seller book about his unflagging strength and determination to lead a fulfilling life. Hirotada not only a good writer but also a great journalist and teacher in Japan.

Hirotada born in April 6, 1976, born without arms and legs due to a rare congenital disorder called tetra Amelia- a syndrome characterized by the absence of all four limbs. There’s no medical explanation why this rare syndrome could be happened to him. Children who suffer this syndrome have such serious medical problems, most people are still born or die shortly after birth. So, we can say that Hirotada is one of the survivor of dangerous syndrome.

His disability did not prevent him to do unthinkable think to his body situation, such as; playing basketball and baseball after years of practice adapting the bats and balls to his body. How amazing it is! How the persons with the limitation could do such an incredible thing? With tireless effort, he challenged his self to do the things that he want to and he could make it real.

What an inspirational, isn’t it? Hirotada Ototake, the one who never understand the meaning of limitation. With his effortless struggle, he always dare to try again and again till he can make it real. He believe in everything that comes to his life has a purpose.

“ God always know everything and I have to find the reasons

no matter difficult it is till I understand it.”

Hmmmm,,,, I hope after you read this article, you will be inspired how to thank your God of your condition, being a complete or an uncompleted one. At the end, you will always feel happy and find meaning in having been born into this world no matter what a hardship and pain you faced.
